Cancellations and Refunds

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of gemstones and made-to-order items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

No COD

We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you want to cancel, you must do it before the order is processed/dispatched.

If the order is already packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders cancelled in time, refund (if approved) will be made to the original payment method after deducting payment gateway / processing charges.

Wrong / Damaged Product on Delivery

This is the only case where we consider replacement.

You must record an unboxing video and inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Customer Not Reachable / Wrong Address

If courier returns the parcel because of wrong address / not reachable / not accepted, reshipping charges will have to be paid again by the customer. No refund in such cases.
