Order Processing

Orders are processed only after we receive 100% advance payment.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on gemstones or customized products.

Processing time is generally 1–3 working days. For certified / customized pieces it may take longer; we will inform you.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We ship through trusted courier partners (BlueDart / DTDC / India Post / equivalent).

Normal delivery time within India: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.Remote / out-of-delivery areas may take longer.

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Heavy / high-value / insured shipments may have extra charges.

Order Tracking                                                                    

Once shipped, we will share a tracking link on your email / WhatsApp.

Delivery Issues

If the package is damaged/tampered at the time of delivery, please make an unboxing video and do not accept / or report to us within 24 hours.

Delay due to courier, weather, or wrong address is not in our control.
